Meant purely for for Serving Personnel & Veterans, of the Indian Armed Forces, the centre was inauguarted by inaugurated by Lt. General Rakesh Kapoor, Deputy Chief of the Army Staff, DCOAS (IS&C) on 26 February, 2024.
